This villa build in 2009, can be found in the entrance of the picturesque village of Asteri, only 14km east of Rethymno. It is a modern maisonette of three bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 persons. This villa is a beautiful Cretan style stone house restored with all modern facilities. This impressive stone house includes a private swimming pool of 40sqm, with tanning beds and a wonderful stone BBQ area with a traditional stone oven.
Entering the villa, there is a spacious living/dining room with fireplace. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with all the modern comforts, allocating ceramic hearth, oven, dish-washer, microwave, and more. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds, incorporated comfortable bathroom and bathtub with Jacuzzi, as well as a toilet and two modern wash basins. Next to this bathroom, there is a small WC, and also a washing-machine. A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor, where two more bedrooms are; one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Each of them has an incorporated bathroom with shower cabin. In one bathroom there is a hydro-massage shower and in the other, a standard shower. The two bedrooms lead to a big exterior terrace (32sqm), which gives the possibility to the visitor of admiring the unlimited view of the green around the north side of the village and the sea. In the veranda we find two couches and a table with six chairs. Supermarkets, taverns, tourist shops and coffee shops can be reached in 2km. The sandy beach of Stavromenos is 2,5km distance on the other side of the coastal road. We consider a car to be essential |
