This family business with beautiful views over the Mountains is neither a dormitory nor a grand hotel however a lovingly managed holiday residence, giving guests an away from home feeling. This is achieved by providing comfortable bungalows traditionally furnished complimented by modern equipment and excellent service.
The main building provides the restaurant and bar facilities, featured with an outdoor bar and a beautiful sun terrace. The reception lounge has comfortable seating and a wood burning fireplace. Following accommodation types are available: Type A: Three bungalows for up to 4 people (65sqm) having one bedroom with double bed and direct access to a private terrace and pool. The living room consists of two sofa beds, a fireplace, satellite-TV, telephone, work desk with fully equipped PC and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove, coffee machine, water boiler, all necessary supplies and a dining table for 4 people. Further there is also a bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. Type B: Two bungalows for up to 6 people (85sqm). Entering you will see the living room with two sofa beds, a fireplace, satellite-TV, telephone, work desk with fully equipped PC, air conditioning and the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, coffee machine, water boiler, all necessary supplies and a dining table for 6 people. Further there is a bedroom with double bed and direct access to the private terrace and pool and a bathroom/WC with bathtub and hairdryer. A wooden staircase leads up the gallery bedroom with double bed and access to a spacious balcony with patio furniture. Each bungalow has its own private swimming pool, with a small shallow area for children. The bungalows are constructed to the best modern standards and finished with local stone externally to ensure that they blend in with the surrounding countryside. This is an ideal spot for walkers and those keen on a holiday in beautiful countryside, which enjoys Cretan village life and wants to be within easy reach of some taverns and shops. For those who wish to explore other areas of Crete, car hire is recommended and space for parking is available. |
