OBJECT DESCRIPTION

This complex consists of the 2 luxurious villas (maisonettes) Dimitris and Kadiani designed exquisitely. The complex is located in the region Akoumia which is about 50 km south of Rethymno. Each villa consists of a modern independent house of 2 floors that can accommodate up to 5 people having exactly the same design. They are on the top of a hill with a panoramic view over the superb Libyan Sea and the full of natural beauty beach of Triopetra which is in 3,5 km walking distance. The top floor has a Queen size master bedroom, leading to a private balcony with pergola and a twin bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Also, there is a luxurious family bathroom with a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The complex is situated in a distance of 3,5 km from Triopetra with its crystal waters and pebble beaches and a couple of taverns, 6 km from Akoumia where is the nearest gas station and around 50 km from Rethymno. There is a choice of mini markets, taverns and post office in Spili just 11km away. A car is recommended.
